Phoenix can provide an energy control management system to eliminate wastage on a site or on a stand-alone machine. This is done by:

Removing
the power to elements of machinery not in use but still using energy. e.g. Shutdown of the hydraulic system on a material feed when the material has run out or is on breakdown. |

Shut down of plant at shift changes and shift ends. |

Shut down of unnecessary lighting but retaining a acceptable Lux level. |
By switching off non-essential services and parts of equipment not required during non-productive periods a great deal of energy can be conserved.
Lighting system surveys are carried out to evaluate energy wastage. To reduce energy wastage the systems are fitted with lux controls, occupancy sensing and high frequency fittings.
